Full Job Description

Bridget Killen with Robert Half is partnering with a respected nonprofit organization in Albany, Oregon, to hire a Payroll Clerk . This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about supporting mission-driven work and brings strong knowledge of payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees
Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
Review timesheets, wage calculations, deductions, and benefit withholdings
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation
Respond to employee questions related to pay, deductions, and payroll records
Support compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and internal policies
Collaborate with accounting and human resources teams as needed
