At TRU72 Heating & Cooling, we believe comfort starts with the first call. We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who brings professionalism, empathy, and hustle to every customer interaction—while helping drive the heartbeat of a growing HVAC company.

The Role: Be the Voice of TRU72

This is not a call-center script job. You are the first impression, the problem-solver, and the glue between our customers and our technicians.

Answer & Assist: Handle inbound customer calls with confidence, empathy, and clarity—turning concerns into scheduled solutions.
Schedule Like a Pro: Book service calls, maintenance visits, and estimates while maximizing technician efficiency.
Build Trust: Calm frustrated customers, set expectations, and reinforce why TRU72 is the right choice for their home comfort.
Communicate Clearly: Relay accurate information between customers, technicians, and leadership.
Stay Organized: Maintain clean notes, follow-ups, and customer records in our CRM.
Grow with Us: Participate in team huddles, training, and process improvements as we scale.

Strong Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and confident on the phone and in writing.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic office tools.
HVAC or Home Services Experience: A plus—but we’ll train the right person.
