Lead Trim Carpenter
Duties:
- Read and interpret construction blueprints, schematics, and drawings
-Work On site to complete projects ranging from small remodels to new home construction
- Estimate materials, and equipment required for construction projects
- Coordinate and supervise a team of carpenters as well as be able to work alone.
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or defects and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with True North Builders' Owner to ensure project success
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a TRIM carpenter in the Residential construction industry
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and schematics
- Strong knowledge of construction framing and remodeling scheduling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
-Ability to solve complex trim angles and compound miters.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions
