Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Pre-Owned Vehicle Director to lead the used vehicle operations for our Kia and Subaru dealerships. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving inventory strategy, maximizing profitability, increasing market share, and developing high-performing sales teams across both locations.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading successful used vehicle departments at high-volume dealerships, understands modern inventory management, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of successful leadership experience managing high-volume used vehicle operations.
Demonstrated history of consistently achieving strong used vehicle sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn.
Expertise in inventory management, appraisal, acquisition, pricing, and merchandising.
Strong understanding of market-based pricing tools, digital retailing, and inventory management software.
Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent analytical and financial management abilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
