Full Job Description

Relintex is seeking an energetic Collections / Customer Service Representative who is a self-starter and has a passion for helping people. Candidates who are bilingual in English and Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply, as this role requires regular communication with a diverse client base to perform the duties effectively. This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The CSR is responsible for providing current clients updates about the status of their Debt Settlement Program, reaching out to clients to get approvals for settlement agreements, and responding to all other inquiries from current clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer calls of current clients and provide update about their debt settlement program
Make outbound calls to current clients to resolve customer service tasks
Respond to service voicemails, emails, and text messages.
Assist with getting approvals from clients regarding settlements
Update client accounts as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in Debt Collections / Debt Settlement

Required Skills

Fluency in Spanish required
Team Player
Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively in a professional manner.
Ability to multitask during times of stress.
Must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of proprietorship.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer and communication (phone and email) service skills.
Ability to problem solve.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a dependable work ethic.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience with SalesForce or another CRM.
