This is an exceptional program for those seeking a career in the mortgage industry, regardless of prior experience. We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success.

Our Junior Loan Officer Programs are designed for motivated individuals looking to break into the mortgage industry. This hands-on program allows you to learn directly from top-performing mortgage bankers and mentors while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, high-earning environment.

Expedited Program - 30 Days til Licensed
Compensation & Benefits

$4,000 monthly base salary
$250 commission per funded loan from your calls
Health insurance
Dental insurance
Paid course materials
Licensing exam fees covered

Program Structure

Duration: 30 Day Program, based on individual progress
First 3 weeks focused on outbound calling to measure coachability and sales skills
Performance-based advancement
Focus on developing strong conversion skills and product knowledge
Expectations to transition into a full Loan Officer role in 4 weeks, after passing NMLS test

Both Programs:

What You’ll Do

Shadow and assist experienced, top-producing loan officers
Learn the full loan lifecycle from lead to closing
Practice sales skills through outbound calls on warm leads
Build confidence in client communication and closing techniques
Gain exposure to real pipeline management and deal structuring

What You’ll Learn

Sales fundamentals and objection handling
Lead conversion and call strategy
Pipeline management and organization
Mortgage products and borrower qualification
Real-world deal flow and team collaboration

Who We’re Looking For

Highly motivated and driven individuals
Strong interest in sales and income growth
Competitive mindset with a “no ceiling” mentality
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bilingual candidates are a plus
No prior mortgage experience required
College grads encouraged to apply!
Past experience as a Customer Service Representative, Solar, Sales, or Debt Relief is a plus!
Bilingual is a plus!
