Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energy, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help create a positive experience for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Handle data entry tasks with precision, maintaining organized filing systems and spreadsheets
Support office management activities including filing, proofreading, and maintaining office supplies
Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills
Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and perform light administrative tasks such as copying, scanning, and document preparation

Qualifications

Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and productivity software
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone communication best practices
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail; experience with spreadsheets and word processing required
Previous front desk or receptionist experience in medical or dental settings is a plus
Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Technical proficiency in office management software such as QuickBooks is preferred
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and client communication expertise
