This role manages a well-defined book of select and middle-market commercial accounts. What You’ll Do as the Commercial Account Manager

Provide technical support to Sales Executives and Account Executives by analyzing client insurance needs and assisting with new and renewal business.
Prepare and submit insurance applications to carriers, obtain quotations, and coordinate policy binding.
Issue and process binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, renewals, and other policy documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Prepare proposals, insurance summaries, schedules, and billing documentation while maintaining accurate client records in Applied EPIC.
Respond promptly to client requests via phone and email, process policy changes, cancellations, audits, and billing inquiries, and assist with claims reporting and follow-up.
Maintain current knowledge of insurance products, carrier guidelines, industry regulations, and emerging trends.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of insurance industry experience, preferably with a retail insurance brokerage.
Valid Property & Casualty Broker-Agent license required.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and carrier markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
