Full Job Description

Office Manager & Business Development Coordinator

Point of Freedom LLC — Omaha, NebraskaFull-Time | In-Person

Point of Freedom is a growing outpatient addiction treatment provider dedicated to helping individuals find lasting freedom from substance use. We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and outgoing Office Manager & Business Development Coordinator who can keep our office running smoothly while actively helping us grow.

This is not a sit-behind-the-desk-all-day position. We need someone who is equally comfortable managing the day-to-day operations of the office and getting out into the community to build relationships, generate referrals, and promote Point of Freedom.

What You’ll Do

Office Management & Client Support

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Point of Freedom office.
Answer phones and respond promptly and professionally to prospective clients, families, referral partners, and current clients.
Assist prospective clients through the intake and scheduling process.
Schedule assessments, counseling appointments, and other services.
Coordinate with counselors and clinical staff regarding client scheduling and program needs.
Maintain organized client and administrative records.
Assist with insurance verification, payment collection, and communication with billing support.
Ensure the office is professional, organized, welcoming, and prepared for clients each day.
Track important operational and business-development metrics and provide regular reports to ownership.
Help coordinate community events, outreach activities, open houses, and other Point of Freedom initiatives.

Business Development & Community Outreach

A significant part of this position is actively growing Point of Freedom’s referral network and client base.

You will:

Develop relationships with probation and parole officers, attorneys, courts, hospitals, treatment providers, employers, churches, sober living organizations, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
Make regular phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to potential referral partners.
Introduce organizations to Point of Freedom’s services, including assessments, Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), individual counseling, and telehealth services.
Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners.
Identify new referral opportunities throughout the Omaha metro area.
Represent Point of Freedom at community events, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.
Conduct follow-up with referral sources and prospective clients.
Maintain and grow a database of referral partners.
Track outreach activity, referrals, assessments scheduled, admissions, and other measurable results.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

Extremely organized and dependable
Friendly, professional, and compassionate when speaking with clients and families
Comfortable talking to new people and developing professional relationships
Confident making outbound calls and walking into businesses or organizations to introduce Point of Freedom
A strong communicator both verbally and in writing
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
Comfortable being held accountable to measurable goals
Able to prioritize tasks in a growing organization where responsibilities can change quickly
Passionate about helping people access addiction treatment and recovery resources

Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, addiction treatment, medical offices, sales, marketing, community outreach, or business development is strongly preferred.
