Job Summary:

Location: Nebraska Methodist College
Address: 720 N. 87th St. - Omaha, NE

Work Schedule: This is a temporary position. About 18 hours/week, various daytime hours.

Provide front-desk support to faculty, staff, students and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Functions

1. Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data.

Create and assemble student paper files.
Enter student data in online Student Access database.

2. Support program personnel in maintaining the program and program resources.

Provide clerical assistance to staff, as needed. This may include photocopying and assembling packets.
Maintain a record of program resources.
Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed.

3. Support staff in NMC Food Pantry tasks including filling orders, supervising shoppers and tracking use.

Schedule:

This is a temporary position. About 18 hours/week, various daytime hours.
