Full Job Description

Available positions at our Brea Location.

We are a specialty retailer of high-end embroidery, quilting and sewing equipment, looking for salespeople with an upbeat attitude and drive to not only get the customer excited about our products, but the dedication to continue with follow up, and the tenacity to complete a sale.

Our client base is passionate about their hobby and when they are shown products, they purchase with enthusiasm.

If you are the type of salesperson who thrives on the thrill of closing the sale, the sky is the limit on the amount of money that you can make.

A candidate that has experience in outside or impulse sales, where the product is suggested, demonstrated and sold, will receive priority attention. Someone who realizes they set their own income by what they sell is who we are looking for.

Our unique and creative environment is a niche market with continuing education, uncapped commission potential and the ability to work with exciting and talented people who truly enjoy what they do!

Sewing, embroidery, quilting knowledge is a huge plus, but not mandatory.

Applicants should possess the following minimum qualities:

- 4+ years of sewing and/or embroidery experience

-At least 2 years of experience in a sales position, where you demonstrated a product and were able to use communication and follow-up skills to close the sale.

-High energy, friendly & outgoing, patient, and a good listener

-Customer service oriented

-Willing to learn and gain necessary knowledge, while having fun on the job

-Consistent with follow up with customers who express interest

-Knowledge of sewing and vacuums a plus, but not mandatory

-Must be able to lift, up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis

-Sales experience is required, will product train a highly-motivated individual.

Benefits: Health insurance available after 90 days

Commission - A qualified applicant will understand that commission will be the lion share of their compensation.

401K contribution after 1-year full-time service - Moore's matches up to 4%

Vacation & Sick time available - Yes

Type: Full-time Salary: $17.00/hour to start plus commission
