Full Job Description

Position Summary

The IT Help Desk Analyst will provide technical assistance and exceptional customer service in a high-volume call center environment. The position will support customers with Online Services, including account creation and access, identity verification for address change transactions, and digital license issuance.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced call center environment. The successful candidate must be able to manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to Online Services accounts, identity verification, address change transactions, and digital license issuance.
Handle an average of 65–90 customer calls per day while meeting established service levels and quality standards.
Provide professional, courteous, and effective customer service while addressing complex customer issues.
Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate matters to appropriate Tier 2 support when required.
Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, issues, and resolutions.
Use computer applications and standard business software to research and resolve customer inquiries.
Maintain a positive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
Respond professionally and promptly to inquiries from management, stakeholders, and business partners.
Participate in task forces, project teams, workgroups, and other departmental initiatives as assigned.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with internal departments and external business partners.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives and organizational objectives.
Stay current with applicable policies, procedures, systems, and technology updates.

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experience:

IT customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
