Full Job Description

Job Summary

HBC-radiomatic, Inc. is recognized as a leading global manufacturer of industrial radio remote control solutions for the materials handling and specialized machinery industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and exceptionally detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at our North American headquarters in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and doing things right the first time. The Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in ensuring materials and finished products move through our facility accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to consistently follow established processes. This individual will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming materials, accurately picking and filling orders, packing and shipping products, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming materials and deliveries
Verify quantities, part numbers, descriptions, and documentation against purchase orders and receiving information
Accurately pick materials and prepare orders based on customer, production, and internal requests
Double-check part numbers, quantities, and order details before packing and shipping
Pack and label shipments carefully to ensure products arrive safely and correctly
Ensure 100% accuracy of incoming and outgoing orders
Enter and maintain accurate information in inventory and logistics software
Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate inventory records
Identify and report discrepancies, damaged materials, shortages, or other issues promptly
Follow established procedures and quality standards consistently
Maintain an organized warehouse by keeping shelves, inventory locations, shipping areas, and workstations clean and orderly
Maintain shipping supplies and ensure materials are properly stocked and organized
Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities
Safely operate warehouse equipment and maintain equipment as required
Prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Communicate clearly with coworkers and other departments regarding inventory, orders, and shipping requirements
Support team members and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency
Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a warehouse environment required
Computer skills and experience with data entry required
Familiarity with inventory control concepts and warehouse processes
Experience with inventory or warehouse management software preferred
Experience operating and maintaining warehouse equipment
Ability to lift and move materials as required for the position
Highly dependable with excellent attendance
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and quality
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
