Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team . This role is essential in providing high-quality nursing services within our medical office setting. The Nurse will be responsible for collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective case management and discharge planning for patients.

Duties

Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Participate in utilization review processes to ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Assist in emergency situations by providing immediate care and support as needed.

Qualifications

Current nursing license in the state of practice.
Proficiency in medical management practices, including case management and discharge planning.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
