Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while analyzing clients' needs and offering tailored insurance solutions. This role requires strong sales skills, a proactive approach to telemarketing. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in helping clients protect their assets and achieve peace of mind through comprehensive insurance coverage. I am starting a scratch agent, commissions are double or more then an established agency.

Responsibilities

Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and build a client base.
Analyze clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Engage in outside sales activities, meeting with potential clients to discuss their insurance requirements.
Manage sales administration tasks including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Market various insurance products to potential clients through presentations and consultations.
Negotiate terms of policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Assist in benefits administration for clients, ensuring they understand their coverage options.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail sales or outside sales environments.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to engage potential clients effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to analyze complex information and provide clear recommendations.
Proficient in sales administration processes and maintaining organized records.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
Must have a valid insurance licensing.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
