Now Hiring: Night Security Officer – Join the Team at Holiday Inn Stockbridge!

Night Security/Houseman (Full-Time)
Holiday Inn Express – Stockbridge, GA

Are you dependable, observant, and guest-focused? Holiday Inn & Suites in Stockbridge, GA is seeking a motivated Night Security/Houseman to join our overnight team. This position plays a vital role in providing a safe, secure, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests while supporting hotel operations during overnight hours.

If you enjoy working independently, have strong attention to detail, and take pride in delivering exceptional guest service, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Patrol hotel property and parking areas to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel assets.
Monitor entrances, exits, and support the front desk team
Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, emergencies, and security incidents.
Complete nightly security rounds and maintain accurate activity logs.
Assist with light housekeeping and public area cleaning throughout the shift.
Set up meeting rooms and assist with moving furniture or equipment as needed.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and report maintenance issues.
Deliver guest requests such as towels, linens, toiletries, or other amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby, hallways, and other public areas.
Work closely with the front desk team to ensure excellent overnight guest service.

Qualifications

Previous security, hotel, customer service, or maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work 8:00 pm until 2:00am Thursdays through Sundays
