Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm open for overtime until 6:00pm or 7:00pm

Pay: $17 to $18/ hourly Depending on Experience

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for applicants and visitors while managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle calendar management by scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
Perform administrative tasks including filing documents, proofreading materials, and maintaining office management systems.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions and record-keeping as needed.
Support team members with various tasks to enhance overall office productivity.
Ensure all front desk operations run smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise promptly.

Skills

Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Proficient in administrative functions with a focus on office management practices.
Familiarity with phone systems to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
Previous experience at a front desk or reception area is preferred but not required.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
