Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
Conduct market research to stay informed about property values, trends, and local real estate laws.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials that highlight key features.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
Organize open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and appraisers, title companies, to facilitate transactions.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions for administrative purposes.
