Account Coordinator

Coast Technology is the company behind STEALTH, our proprietary single-instance platform spanning websites, customer data (CDXP), DSP and programmatic media, de-anonymization, and attribution. STEALTH is purpose-built for all industries and specializing in dealerships, attorneys, medical and more.
We are hiring an Account Coordinator to support our Client Success team and keep our client accounts running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an entry-level role and the on-ramp into client success at Coast. You will work side by side with a Client Success Manager, learn how the whole STEALTH stack comes together, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. If you are organized, curious, and want to grow into a client-facing strategist, this is where you start.
You are the reliable second set of hands the Client Success Manager counts on. Clients may not always see you, but they feel the difference when you are on the account.
- Support client conversations by prepping agendas, taking notes, and tracking action items so nothing gets forgotten.
- Learn the why behind the strategy. Ask questions, understand how the pieces fit, and grow your judgment with every account.
- Do in advance what you know in advance. Get reports, decks, and materials ready before they are needed, not after.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in writing, whether it is an internal recap or a follow-up the Client Success Manager will send to a client.
- Stay calm and organized when several accounts need attention at once.
- Account organization. Keep client campaigns, timelines, and documentation accurate and easy for the team to find.
- Reporting support. Pull data, build recurring performance reports, and prepare materials for check-ins and quarterly business reviews.
- Meeting prep and follow-up. Set agendas, capture notes, and chase down the action items that come out of client calls.
- Onboarding assistance. Help new clients get set up on STEALTH and make sure the early steps happen on schedule.
- Internal coordination. Connect the dots between Client Success, media, web, and product so client requests keep moving.
- Task tracking. Use our project tools to keep work visible, prioritized, and on time.
- Zero to two years of experience. This is an entry-level role, so we care more about attitude, organization, and curiosity than a long resume.
- Strong organization and follow-through. You keep track of details and you do not let things fall through the cracks.
- Clear, professional written communication. You can write a clean recap and a polite, helpful follow-up.
- Comfort with everyday software like spreadsheets, slides, and project management tools, plus a willingness to learn new platforms quickly.
- A genuine interest in marketing, media, and how clients grow. You want to understand the work, not just check boxes.
- A team-first mindset. You take ownership of your piece and make the people around you better.
- Any exposure to marketing, advertising, media, or agency work, including internships or coursework.
- Familiarity with dealership clients in automotive, RV, marine, or powersports.
- Experience with project tools like ClickUp, or with CRM platforms.
- Curiosity about AI search and the shift from getting clicks to being chosen.
- A real growth path. This role is built to develop into a Client Success Manager.
