Overview:

Landscaper / Gardener (Permanent, Year-Round)

Location: Willow Valley Communities – Millwood
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay: $18.50/hour
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time (Not Seasonal)

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Landscaping team, you'll help keep our grounds beautiful through a variety of seasonal and year-round responsibilities, including:

Participate in preparing and grading terrain, applying fertilizers, seeding and sodding lawns, and transplanting plant material
Locate and plant shrubs, trees, and flowers
Trim shrubs and cultivate gardens
Trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls
Prune shrubs and trees to improve growth, maintain appearance, and remove damaged branches
Rake leaves and maintain clean outdoor spaces
Clean grounds and remove litter
Remove snow from walkways and driveways
Spread salt on public passageways to help prevent ice buildup
Water lawns and shrubs as needed

What We're Looking For

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED OR
1–3 months of related experience and/or training
Ability to work outdoors in all seasons
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Pride in maintaining beautiful and welcoming outdoor environments
