Full Job Description

We are searching for a retail Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our growing team!

Our company has experienced double-digit growth since our founding over 20 years ago. One Enchanted Evening is a well-respected retailer in the industry, having garnered accolades and renown from vendors, competitors, and customers. This position is very customer-centric and requires the successful candidate to be friendly, outgoing, and helpful not only with customers but with fellow employees. One Enchanted Evening is a team environment looking to add members to our team who have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.

As a Customer Service Representative, you should be well-spoken and assertive with superior customer service skills. Responsibilities for the position include:

· Greeting customers with a genuine welcoming and celebratory attitude

· Having the appropriate forms completed by each customer

· Managing a multi-line phone system and solving inquires or successfully transferring to the appropriate department

· Return phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner

· Scheduling appointments for bridal or alterations

· Checking out customers purchases in a timely and proficient pace

· Assisting with sale events, trunk shows and other special events when applicable

· Providing administrative support to other departments when necessary

Minimum qualifications for the position:

· Computer and multi-line phone experience

· Customer service experience

· Willingness to learn and work in a team environment

· Weekend availability
