Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Manager to lead our banquet operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of banquets, from sales to service, ensuring seamless execution of events while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver outstanding food and service experiences, creating memorable occasions for our guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, possesses strong management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and attention to detail are paramount.

Responsibilities

* Sales of multiple spaces as well as full buy-outs

Coordinate and supervise all banquet event operations, from setup to cleanup, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Lead, train, and motivate banquet staff to uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their needs and customize menus and service plans accordingly.
Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing, billing, and cash handling.
Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff, supervising daily operations, and resolving guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service management, particularly within banquet or catering environments; fine dining or casual dining experience is highly desirable.
Strong supervisory skills with experience in staff training, team management, and interviewing potential team members.
Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficient in basic math for cash handling and financial analysis.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage hospitality teams effectively and handle managerial responsibilities confidently.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
