About Smith Family Dental Associates:

Job Responsibilities: Our well-established and growing practice of general dentists in East Providence is looking for a FRONT DESK TREATMENT/SCHEDULING COORDINATOR. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a friendly personality and be a team player with the desire to learn and grow with our incredible dental practice.

A stable work history is very important; we are looking for a long term relationship. If you are a people person who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and believe that you have what it takes to represent a five star practice then this position is for you.

The perfect candidate will have the ability to balance multiple responsibilities and have a strong knowledge of dental insurance, co-payments, and treatment plans; with a good understanding of all aspects of patient check in and check out processes.

This is a full-time position 5 days a week Monday-Friday

Dental office experience specifically Dentrix knowledge is required. Candidates must have computer skills, a comprehensive understanding of dental insurance benefits, know dental terminology, schedule appointments, are self motivated and work well with others.
