We are looking for one exceptional therapist to complete our team.

You are a compassionate, motivated therapist who enjoys building genuine therapeutic relationships and helping clients create meaningful change. You are comfortable providing both in person and telehealth therapy and are excited to work with children, adolescents, and adults ages 10 and older.

What We Offer

Competitive salary ranging from $62,000 to $93,000 annually, based on experience and a full time caseload
A hybrid schedule that includes both in person and telehealth sessions
Administrative support for scheduling, billing, credentialing, insurance, and electronic health records
Marketing support to help you build a full caseload
Paid vacation and paid holidays once you have reached full time status
Clinical supervision for therapists working toward independent licensure

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy to clients ages 10 and older.
Complete comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues and community providers when appropriate.
Provide ethical, compassionate, evidence based care.

Qualifications

Licensed in Rhode Island as an LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMHC A, LMFT, Psychologist, PhD, or PsyD. Clinicians working toward independent licensure are encouraged to apply.

Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults is preferred.

Comfortable providing both in person and telehealth services.

Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

A desire to grow into a full time clinician and become an engaged member of our team.

Position Details

Position: One Full Time Psychotherapist

Clinical Schedule: Approximately 22 to 30 client hours each week with the opportunity to build a full time caseload.

Location: East Providence, Rhode Island with both in person and telehealth services.
