As a Medical Records Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of patient medical records within our correctional healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain medical records in compliance with state laws and regulations
Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date
Process requests for medical records in a timely and efficient manner
