Territory Sales Manager – Medical Devices

Location: Florida Panhandle (Must currently reside in the area) Position Type: Full-Time | Entry to Mid-Level

Territory: Pensacola - Panama City

Compensation: Competitive Base + Commission

The Opportunity

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will lead business growth across the Florida Panhandle by promoting our high-demand product portfolio—including Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT), Spinal Orthotics, and Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) devices.

We are seeking a motivated, self-directed sales professional who excels in an autonomous environment. In this role, you will build long-term relationships with clinical staff, educate surgical teams, and provide hands-on product support directly in hospitals, operating rooms, and wound care clinics.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth: Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with surgeons, hospital systems, and outpatient clinics.
Provide Clinical Expertise: Educate, train, and support clinical teams directly in the OR, wound centers, and patient settings.
Build Strategic Relationships: Become a trusted partner to key healthcare decision-makers and referral networks.
Deliver Service Excellence: Maintain our reputation for rapid response and top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

Required:

Must currently reside within the Florida Panhandle.
Self-motivated and adaptable, with strong field time-management skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; must pass background check and drug screen.
College degree required

Preferred:

Prior B2B or medical sales experience.
A strong drive to help others and improve patient outcomes.
