Feeling Good Psychotherapy of New York (FGP) is a fast-growing, high-end CBT psychotherapy group practice dedicated to providing effective, results-oriented treatment. We specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults overcome panic, social anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship difficulties, and addiction using state-of-the-art, evidence-based therapy. We Are Hiring!

Feeling Good Psychotherapy (FGP) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Fully Licensed Psychotherapist to join our growing team in Florida. This is a fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position offering flexible hourly or part-time opportunities. Candidates must hold an active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW or LMHC.

Credentialing support — we handle paneling with major insurers (Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United, etc.) so you can bill under our contracts
Growth track — opportunities to take on supervisory or specialty roles as the practice grows in Florida

Our Ideal Candidate

Holds an Active, unrestricted LCSW or LMHC license in Florida
Willingness to obtain NY licensure (LCSW or LMHC) as a condition of employement — practice will provide guidance on the reciprocity/application process; some costs may be reimbursed
Reliable, HIPAA-compliant space for telehealth sessions
Comfortable with EHR documentation and timely note completion
Strong clinical judgment and independent practice skills
2+ years post-licensure experience preferred, but new LMHCs/LCSWs with strong training are welcome to apply
Has some experience in a clinic, agency, or private practice setting — recent graduates and second-career professionals are warmly encouraged to apply
Has training or strong interest in CBT and/or DBT, and is highly motivated to develop expertise in the TEAM-CBT framework
Is serious about building a career in private practice and committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy
Stays current with the latest clinical research and is eager to grow as a practitioner
Is available to attend monthly case consultation (Wednesday mornings)
