Wellness advocate

We are a private, high-performance membership club delivering concierge-level health and human performance solutions through a team of world-class professionals.

We are seeking a polished, proactive Wellness Advocate / Client Coordinator with experience in nutrition, health coaching, or the human performance industry. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for our members, delivering high-level communication, intelligent guidance, and seamless coordination.

What You’ll Do

Deliver concierge-level service and daily communication to members (written + virtual)
Provide thoughtful, behavior-change–focused nutrition and wellness guidance
Own scheduling and coordination with precision and foresight
Anticipate member needs and solve problems proactively
Collaborate with leadership on special initiatives and performance projects
Ensure every touchpoint reflects excellence, professionalism, and care

Who You Are

Exceptional communicator (written and verbal), empathetic, pro-active, professional
Experienced in nutrition, health coaching, human performance, or wellness
Highly organized with advanced scheduling and coordination skills
Detail-oriented with strong forward planning ability
Proactive, solution-focused, and composed under pressure
Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital platforms
Self-starter who can work independently while contributing to a team
High integrity, initiative, intelligence, humble, positive, and growth-minded

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
Relevant certification in Nutrition, Health Coaching, or related field preferred
Proven experience in wellness, human performance, healthcare, or similar client-facing environment
Strong professional references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Describe your experience managing scheduling, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and anticipating client needs. (Brief response – 3–5 sentences)
