Do you love the excitement and changeable atmosphere of real estate? Do you have a license, or are you trying to obtain one? Our growing real estate firm is hiring a Real Estate Agent to join our team and add value to our business. We will consider an experienced professional Real Estate Agent with a proven track record, but we are also looking for new talent. We provide a revolutionary internal training program (post licensing) that helps new Real Estate Agents find their footing and produce results quickly. Friendly, outgoing personalities are a must, and we want to work with professionals like us who enjoy hard work and who have a genuine passion for the industry.

Sample Real Estate Agent responsibilities:

Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events
Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets, and geographic limitations
Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from listings to closing contracts
Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home-buying process
Organize and oversee open houses
Attend closing dates and provide support for clients
Interest in residential real estate is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High comfort level with public speaking
Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes
Real estate license preferred (though we'll consider those working toward licensing)

Legal, risk & records

- What procedures exist for compliance, recordkeeping, and audits?

- How do you handle disputes, client complaints, or FREC investigations?

- What termination or transfer policies apply if I want to move later?

Performance expectations & growth

- Are there minimum production or transaction requirements?

- What opportunities exist for advancement (team lead, broker associate, management)?

References & reputation

- Can I speak with current agents about their experiences?

- What is the brokerage’s reputation in local MLS/statistics (market share, average sales)?

Practical onboarding details

- How long does sponsorship/activation take once I sign?

- What documents or background checks are required?

- Who is my contact for questions during the activation process?

Optional but useful

- Are there concierge services (closing assistance, staging, photography)?

- Do you offer or require errors & omissions insurance reimbursement?

- Are there opportunity costs (non-compete clauses, post-termination restrictions)?
