✅ HERE’S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR PAINT TECHS:
- $40K–$80K/year ($20–$40/hr) based on experience
- Simple IRA with up to 3% company match

- No weekends - Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm
- Optional overtime if you want extra hours

✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We’re booked out 2–3 weeks consistently. There’s a steady flow of trucks, frames, and equipment coming through, so you’re not standing around waiting for work.
✓ VARIETY OF WORK (NOT THE SAME JOB EVERY DAY) – You’ll be working on semi cabs, frames, heavy equipment, and industrial jobs. This isn’t repetitive collision work - every week looks a little different.
✓ NO WEEKENDS (UNLESS YOU WANT THEM) – Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm. If someone wants extra weekend hours, they can take it - if not, we don’t schedule it. Simple as that.
✓ NO DRAMA. NO EGOS. NO NONSENSE – We don’t tolerate prima donnas, wrench throwers, or toxic attitudes. Everyone works together and pulls their weight.
✓ YOU WILL BE APPRECIATED (OPEN-DOOR POLICY) – Keith is on-site every day. If you’ve got a question, idea, or issue, you can walk right in and talk to him. Your input actually matters here.
✓ WE INVEST IN YOU (LEARN MORE THAN JUST PAINTING) – We’re big on training and growth. You’ll have opportunities to expand your skillset beyond just spraying - especially with the sandblasting and heavy-duty side of the business.

ABOUT STARZER REPAIR
Starzer Repair Spraypainting & Sandblasting has been serving Crivitz and the surrounding area for over 10 years. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted shop for heavy-duty repair, sandblasting, and painting - serving everything from semi trucks to construction and farm equipment.
Keith built this place the right way - after working in shops that didn’t treat people well, he set out to create one that does. A place where the team works together, takes pride in the work, and actually enjoys showing up.
Now, the shop is growing fast.
We’re expanding the building, adding more space for paint and sandblasting, and continuing to build something that lasts - for both our customers and our team.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
- 2+ years of experience in automotive, heavy-duty, or industrial painting
- Ability to produce a clean, quality finish (not just “good enough”)
- Comfort working on a mix of jobs - trucks, frames, equipment, and industrial work
- Able to follow a production schedule and hit deadlines - without cutting corners
- Experience with teardown, prep, masking, painting, and reassembly
- Team player - no ego, willing to help where needed
- Takes pride in your work and stands behind the final product
- Shows up consistently and takes responsibility for your role
- Valid driver’s license required
