Pay Range: $15.50 - $23.22

Summary:

The Patient Financial Services Assistant provides administrative support for the Patient Financial Services department by maintaining accurate financial documentation.

This position is onsite in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
Schedule: Part time, 20 hours per week, Monday - Friday 4 hours per day

Essential Job Functions:

Manages mail operations by collecting and distributing incoming mail and packages, processing outgoing correspondence, and coordinating courier services as needed.
Maintains administrative records by performing data entry, managing filing systems, ensuring confidentiality of information, and retrieving documents as requested.
Provides document production support by photocopying, scanning, and faxing materials while maintaining equipment and office supply inventory.
Performs other duties as assigned or needed to meet the needs of the department/organization.

Work Experience:

Preferred: A minimum of 1 year Related Experience

Language Requirements:

This position requires proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure effective communication in the workplace and with patients, families, and team members.
