Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager specializing in Medical Devices to lead innovative projects within the healthcare technology sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee the entire project management lifecycle, from requirements gathering and program development to implementation and process improvement. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure compliance with industry standards, and deliver impactful solutions that enhance patient care. Duties

Lead end-to-end project management activities for medical device development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing Project Management skills
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define project scope, engineering tasks, deliverables, milestones, resource planning, and business needs.
Oversee program development efforts by designing processes, implementing Lean and Kaizen principles, and driving continuous process improvements
Coordinate with engineers, quality, manufacturing, and marketing for seamless project execution while controlling costs and managing contracts.
Lead team management activities including supervising project teams, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations, reports, and meetings; facilitate negotiations to align expectations across cross-functional teams.
Utilize data analysis skills with Excel and Microsoft Project for data collection, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making processes.

Experience

Proven technical project or program management within the medical device or healthcare industry.
Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies
Demonstrated success in program development, process mapping, business process modeling, and requirements analysis.
Strong background in medical device engineering
Hands-on experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, MS Project or similar tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
Excellent communication and organizational skills combined with leadership capabilities in managing multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences while maintaining focus on project objectives.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
