Full Job Description

Overview
Join a dynamic and innovative team as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, where your expertise will elevate clients’ confidence and enhance their natural beauty. In this role, you will deliver safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers, within a luxurious med spa environment. Your passion for skincare and aesthetics will help clients achieve their desired look while providing exceptional guest experiences. This paid position offers opportunities for professional growth in a vibrant setting dedicated to excellence and client satisfaction. This role is only for EXPERIENCED injectors. You must be proficient in aesthetics and injectables, prepared to take your own patients. Pay is open and will be discussed in interview.

Responsibilities

Perform aesthetic injectable procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers with precision and care, ensuring optimal results and client safety
Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand client goals, assess suitability for treatments, and develop customized treatment plans
Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure a clean and sterile environment
Educate clients on post-treatment care, expected outcomes, and product options to foster trust and satisfaction
Manage client appointments efficiently using med spa software
Promote retail sales of skincare products, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic treatments through effective upselling techniques
Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and certifications related to esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, nail care, and other cosmetic procedures

Skills

Proven experience in medical aesthetics or med spa settings with knowledge of botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers is required
Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, client records, and treatment schedules effectively
Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Knowledge of sanitation standards and infection control practices within aesthetic environments
Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming guest experiences that encourage repeat visits and referrals
