Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team in a medical spa offering advanced skincare services. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and growing our facial and laser treatment program, while creating an exceptional experience for our clients. Saturday availability, willingness to learn, and a go-getter attitude are musts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about skincare and aesthetics who wants to grow with us in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Facials & Skincare Treatments: Provide a variety of facial treatments, including customized facials, chemical peels, and other advanced skincare services tailored to client needs.
Laser Services: Perform laser treatments (e.g., IPL, hair removal, skin rejuvenation) with confidence and expertise.
Client Education: Offer professional advice and recommendations on skincare products and treatment plans.
Program Development: Help expand our facial and laser service offerings as part of a newer med spa.
Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to showcase treatments, client results, and promote the spa’s services.
Client Retention: Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by providing outstanding customer service and delivering results.
Sales: Promote retail skincare products and help drive service bookings.
Education: Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance service offerings.

Experience

Licensed Esthetician in Indiana with relevant certifications.
Experience: 2+ years experience in facials, skin care, and laser treatments in a spa environment highly preferred.
Energetic & Positive: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, eager to contribute to the growth of our med spa.
Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays is a must.
Customer-Centered: A passion for providing excellent service and creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere for clients.
