Now Hiring: Therapy Technician Trainee
Crystal River, FL

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team and be trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities used with our patients. No prior experience as a therapist is required — we will teach you the skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a real career in this field.

Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, plus a half day on Tuesday. Start time is 8:00 AM sharp. End time varies based on patient schedules, typically between 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM. Be ready to work. Our patients are the most important thing to us and we are not looking for frequent time-off requests; after one year of employment, team members earn one week of paid vacation.

We're seeking a positive, team-oriented person who treats the office and our patients with respect. Professionalism matters here — this is not a job for someone easily distracted by drama or social media. We want someone focused, dependable, and genuinely invested in doing good work. This can be physically demanding.

Growth Opportunities
We're introducing new treatment modalities in the office, including sound wave therapy and others, and we want the right person to grow into delivering these services to patients.

Pay
Starting at $15/hour, with increases based on how quickly you learn and master new skills. Pay is issued weekly — your first paycheck will arrive after two weeks of employment, and every Friday after that.
