Position Overview
We are seeking Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) who are:
- Motivated, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Engaged and excited about working in evolving, high-performance EMS environments
- Passionate about clinical excellence and patient advocacy
- Able to thrive during both fast-paced critical care transports and routine medical transports
- Interested in leadership, education, or helping shape new locations and partnerships as we continue to expand

Minimum Requirements – EMT's
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Valid Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record. Must pass insurance underwriting approval prior to start.
- State of Florida EMT Certification in good standing
- AHA BLS for Healthcare Provider (or ARC CPR for Professional Rescuers)
- EVOC or CEVO (3, 4, or 5)
- FEMA ICS courses: IS-100, IS-200, IS-700, IS-800

- 20-24-hour shifts
- 10-12-hour shifts
- Day shift / Night shift
- Rotating shifts
- Rotating weekends
- Fire/Rescue friendly (Excused absences for mandates; adaptable schedule)
