About the Role:

TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in keeping our restaurant operations running smoothly and efficiently. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bringing order to numbers and paperwork, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
Reconcile daily sales reports, cash drawers, and bank deposits
Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and documentation in compliance with company standards
Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping records, and employee data management
Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
Monitor and order office supplies and assist with vendor communications
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership review

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; QuickBooks experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
