JOB DESCRIPTION

The Dispatch/Scheduler manages incoming calls and front-desk reception while coordinating the dispatch of crews to jobsites, providing professional customer service and administrative support.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors professionally.
Dispatch and coordinate crews and resources to jobsites.
Capture and enter job and customer information into the system.
Schedule appointments and maintain crew calendars.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the office.
Communicate with customers, crews, and adjusters as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma/GED required.
Previous receptionist, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and phone systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work in person 5 days per week. Available for occasional after-hours and weekend support as needed.
Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Primarily office-based work in a climate-controlled environment.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, writing, and handling documents.
Repetitive motions including keyboarding and use of a mouse.
Frequent talking and hearing for phone and in-person communication.
Close visual acuity for reading documents and viewing computer screens.
Occasional standing, walking, bending, reaching, and filing.
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 25 pounds (files, supplies, or equipment).
Ability to open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a step stool as needed.

Job Type:

- Full- Time, up to 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility for weekends shifts

Salary: $21-$24 / hour, pending experience.
