Full Job Description

Rogers & Associates is hiring an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Cumming, GA. This is a crucial role supporting the Owner and Staff Accountants. This is a fast-paced environment requiring someone skilled in communication, multi-tasking and maintaining confidentiality.

In this role, your key responsibilities are:

Daily client communication (greeting, answering calls, emails, etc.)
Manage front desk operations including scheduling clients, following up, maintaining organization.
Track all major tax deadlines.
Use tax software for processing and filing tax returns (not preparing).
Client tracking through our CRM software.
Accounts Payable (between 15 – 25 vendors).
Accounts Receivable (invoicing, entering timesheets, follow-up, payment processing).
Filing
Various data entry using Microsoft Office & other industry-specific software

Job Requirements:

Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in administrative role preferred. Experience with QuickBooks a plus.
Education: Associates in related field preferred.
Schedule: Regular 9a – 5p, except during tax season (Feb – Apr 15th) 9a – 5:30p with some Saturdays.
