Full Job Description

South Coast Medspa is one of Southern California's leading medical spas, known for advanced aesthetic treatments and an exceptional patient experience. Front Desk/Patient Coordinator at a premier medical spa with a stellar industry reputation. Rated 5 Stars and a very well established Aesthetics Clinic. Pay is $25-40+ per hour with bonuses, 5 days per week. Tuesday to Saturday.

Looking for a polished, experienced consultant who excels in patient education, conversions, and building long-term relationships. Multi-tasking and being coachable are the key skills we are looking for. The main responsibility of this job is to provide top customer service to our clients, drive sales by upselling to existing patients through text, phone calls and in-person and holding consultations and selling treatment packages. Job requires a high volume of daily texts and calls to inquiring leads and existing clients. You must be good and excited to work with people through texts, calls, and in-person conversations. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have excellent computer skills. Job requires scheduling patients, welcoming clients, educating clients on services, calling leads and getting clients interested in our services. Must have a passion for skin and aesthetics in order to help clients with their skin goals. Other job requirements may include helping Front Desk person, if needed, obtaining 5 star reviews from clients, taking photos and helping the office with organizing before/afters. Taking Video content for marketing is also another job responsibility. Right candidate will be eager to learn, good at following directions, and motivated to be promoted within the company.

You will drive sales and marketing (through in-office content) for the office, perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
