Medical Front Desk Coordinator/Operations Manager in a Family Wellness Chiropractic Practice

Location: Houston, TX | Full Time | In Person | $18 to $25/hr based on experience

Vital Family Chiropractic is a fast-growing, modern chiropractic practice in Houston dedicated to serving moms, babies, and families through neurologically-based, specific chiropractic care. Our mission is to empower every family we serve with hope, community, and healing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Front Desk & Patient Experience:

- Be the first face patients see: warm, professional, and genuinely glad they are here

- Manage high-volume scheduling across multiple providers with precision

- Handle check-ins, check-outs, billing, and patient records with accuracy and care

- Answer phones and patient inquiries with clarity and enthusiasm

- Keep the office organized, well-supplied, and welcoming at all times

- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow

Marketing & Content Support:

- Capture authentic office moments for social media content

- Schedule and manage practice social media accounts

- Support email campaigns and community outreach events

Systems & Innovation:

- Actively learn and adopt new practice tools as we implement them

- Suggest improvements to workflows and front desk systems

- Participate in team training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement

YOUR SCHEDULE

Monday: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 11:15 AM to 6:30 PM

Wednesday: 7:15 AM to 3:30 PM

Friday: 8:15 AM to 3:30 PM

Occasional evening or weekend availability required for community events.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven experience in a fast-paced front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role

- Genuine comfort and experience working with babies, children, and families

- Strong multitasking ability: you can hold multiple priorities at once without losing composure

- Proficiency in Google Suite; comfortable with Mac products and new technology

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

- A coachable mindset: you see feedback as a gift, not a threat

- Ability to maintain confidentiality with professionalism

- High school diploma or equivalent required

Bonus points: wellness or chiropractic office experience, social media skills, AI tool experience, healthcare background
