Our firm employs more than 150 team members with a wide range of experience and skills, serving businesses in various industries. We're looking to add a full-time Administrative Assistant to our Zephyrhills, Florida office! Ideal candidates must have experience in a fast-paced, team oriented, customer-centric environment. Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and professional phone etiquette are required.

Every day, DGPerry helps its clients navigate through life and business events, develop tailored strategies to maximize profits, minimize risk, and plan for long-term success. As a team member at DGPerry, not only will you be a vital part of a client's team, but you will also achieve your own personal growth and professional goals. You will enhance your technical skills, build your network, discover new industries, and gain confidence with the support of the DGPerry team. This position will be the first face our clients are greeted by when they enter our office.

Responsibilities:

Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcome and direct visitors and clients.
Answer basic tax questions, when necessary.
Maintain filing systems as assigned.
Handle the assembly and filing of tax returns and financial statements.
Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
Prepare agendas and schedules for meetings, when necessary.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
Other duties as assigned.

Proficiency with all Microsoft applications
