About Generational Ownership Development (G.O.D.)

Generational Ownership Development (G.O.D.) is a locally led, independently owned agency serving Dallas Fort Worth — one of the fastest-growing financial services teams in the DFW area. We help families protect their income, prepare for the unexpected, and build something they can pass down. This is meaningful work — and the people who do it well build income that reflects that.

What This Role Looks Like

- Meet with families — virtually or in person — to understand their financial situation and present protection solutions

- Build your own client base and referral network over time

- Attend weekly in-person training that teaches you how to sell, not just what to sell

- Option to build and lead your own team as you grow G.O.D. provides- Step-by-step support through your Texas Life & Health license process

- Direct mentorship from local DFW leadership — not a national call center

- Access to a proven product platform that has helped thousands of Texas families

- A clear path from agent to team leader to agency ownership

- G.O.D. network tools, training systems, and community

What You'll Realistically Earn

New agents in their first 90 days typically bring in $2,000–$5,000/month while building their book and completing licensing. Agents who are consistent and coachable reach $6,000–$15,000/month within their first year. Income is commission-based — your activity drives your results. We'll show you exactly what that looks like from day one.

Who We're Looking For

Strong communicators who genuinely care about helping people
Self-starters who can manage their own schedule
Coachable individuals open to learning a proven system
Couples or individuals ready to build income on their own terms
No prior insurance experience required — full training provided
Must be 18+, able to pass a background check, and willing to obtain a Texas Life license (we guide you through the full process)

How It Works When You Apply

1. Apply — we review your information within 24 hours

2. Schedule a 15-minute intro call with our local DFW team

3. If it's a mutual fit, we walk you through licensing with full support

4. Begin training and start building your client base and income

This is a 1099 independent contractor / commission-based opportunity. Generational Ownership Development is locally owned and operated in DFW, part of the G.O.D. network.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
