Location: Remote - US BasedDuration: 1 year contract, potential to extendSchedule: Freelance ~3-5 hours per day / Pacific Time Zone business hours)Compensation Range: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour W2Are you ready to optimize the digital workspace for an industry leader? We are seeking a consultative partner to champion the end-to-end administration and workflow optimization of our Jira Cloud environment. In this high-visibility, part-time contract role, you will drive strategic operational efficiency, helping multi-functional business units scale their daily project execution and maintain robust platform governance. Responsibilities: Administer and configure complex Jira Cloud infrastructure, including workflows, screens, and custom fields, to deliver scalable technical solutions for diverse business teams.Author and implement advanced Jira automation rules to streamline cross-functional project management, reducing manual effort and driving enterprise efficiency.Partner as a consultative expert with internal administration teams, business stakeholders, and external Atlassian support vendors to coordinate platform improvements and accelerate technical troubleshooting.Architect tailored Jira structures, issue types, and tracking metrics to maximize operational visibility, resource utilization reporting, and executive-level transparency.
