Environmental Specialist

OTA Environmental is looking for a passionate Environmental Specialist to join our growing team in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. What You’ll Do

Support compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Conduct environmental monitoring, inspections, testing, and reporting.
Assist with site assessments, audits, and compliance evaluations.
Manage projects from planning to completion, keeping them on schedule and within budget.
Prepare permits, regulatory submissions, and technical documentation.
Serve as a point of contact with clients and regulators.
Participate in field visits and hands-on environmental work.
Assist with Air Permitting and Compliance, SPCC Plans, and Tier II Reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of environmental consulting experience (oil and gas experience a plus).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and environmental project management tools.
Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to travel/perform fieldwork (walking, climbing, lifting).
Strong communication, organization, and project management abilities.
Team-oriented, proactive, excellent work ethic, and committed to learning.
