Full Job Description

We are looking for a high-achieving Bilingual Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience. If you can successfully manage the day-to-day operations of our apartment community, send your resume today.

SALARY - BASED ON EXPERIENCE - COMMISSION & BONUS POTENTIAL!

The primary role of the manager is to serve as the point of contact for the community in person and the online community. Once hired, the Community Manager will be responsible for the following:

Develop a content marketing plan and editorial calendar.
Provide community feedback to the management and ownership
Plan and execute community initiatives and programs.
Monitor social media campaigns and analyze web traffic from the online community using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and products.
Stay within the working budget
Responsible for Resident Retention
Participate in social events, corporate events or workshops
The Community Manager creates and manages a company’s brand, voice and image. Their duties include creating and publishing content on all media platforms, reviewing social media and other marketing metrics to build and improve campaign strategies. Crafting responses to customers’ feedback and messages on various platforms.
Collecting and posting rent, fees, and other payments, preparing daily bank deposits
Stay up to date on rent assistance policies and programs from federal, state, and local governing offices.
Assist the leasing team in touring clients in both virtual and in-person tours
Reviewing and submitting invoices from vendors, contractors, and service providers for payment and budget performance.
Process resident move-outs by reviewing lease terms and notice requirements and processing the disposition with established procedures and legal requirements.
Respond to resident questions, concerns, and requests timely, and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service and resident issues.
Responsible for all reviews and reputation management partner with the on-site office team and marketing team to create, social activities and events for residents.

Qualifications

Previous property management experience is required, fee management preferred.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other property management software is highly desired but not required.
Being financially savvy; previous experience in creating/adhering to budgets, fiscal reporting.
Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
A high school diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline are required.
