COMPENSATION:

Paid Training
Competitive commission + base pay
W2 option after 30-60 days

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Attend daily office check-ins for training and mentorship
Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door-to-door canvassing
Present inspection results and roofing solutions to homeowners
Guide homeowners through the first step of their insurance claim
Relay customer and job details to operations for coordination and production
