OrganizePro is seeking to hire a contract lead organizer and packer to join our growing team. Candidate MUST have prior experience as an organizer or a portfolio of their work.

Location: North Texas and occasionally Dallas (typically within a 30-mile radius of Frisco). Organizing or packing services occur at client’s home

Job Details: You’ll be able to work on various projects, apply your organizational skills, improve lives, and help bring order to clients’ homes!

Job Description:

Lead Organizer: This position involves working with other organizers on various projects. Responsibilities include directing organizing, decluttering, and donating clients’ items. Must have prior experience with organizing as a contractor, at their own business, or have a portfolio of photos to provide.
Packer: This position involves a more physical role assisting in a clients’ packing process. Responsibilities include putting together and breaking down cardboard boxes, bubble-wrapping fragile items, tapping moving boxes, labeling, packing items in an organized fashion for easy unpacking, and handling items carefully and cautiously.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead other organizers
Report and document sessions
Take high quality photos
Categorize + sort
Declutter + organize
Fold and color coordinate clothing items
Prepare moving boxes and pack items carefully for a move with packing materials
Unpack & organize items from after a move
Light cleaning and post-project cleanup
Drop off donations at local donation centers
Disposing trash at dump

We are Looking for Candidates Who:

Have exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
Have a clean, professional appearance and attitude.
Love diving into big messes and taking care of small, tedious tasks.
Are excellent at organizing, folding, filing, color coding, and labeling.
Have experience packing a home.
Have an eye for style, design, and function in the home.
Aren’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty!
Are great at taking high quality photos.
Can lift up to 30 pounds, bend, reach, and navigate stairs, and have no physical limitations.

Part-Time: This is a part-time position for an independent contractor. We work seven days a week, most of our contractors generally averaging 2-4 full days per week.

Earning Potential: Pay is competitive and based on experience.

Lead Organizer/Packer/Unpacker pay is $30/hr.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
