Full Job Description

Woods & Co Recruitment is excited to partner with a fast-growing fintech company that's transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses manage cash flow, optimize working capital, and unlock greater value through innovative financial solutions. Backed by a collaborative, high-performance culture, they're expanding their US team and looking for a driven sales professional to help accelerate their growth. If you're motivated by building relationships, closing deals, and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

What’s in it for you?

Up to $65,000 base salary, plus uncapped monthly activation bonuses.
Transparent bonus structure with fast payouts.
Flexible hybrid working arrangement from Dallas, TX.

What you’ll do:

Deliver up to 8 live product demos daily to prospects and leads.
Manage your pipeline of SQLs and dormant accounts, following up persistently.
Drive customers to their first payment within 60 days of account creation.
Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline hygiene.
Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth account handoffs and ongoing engagement.

What we’re looking for:

1-3+ years experience in quota-carrying or high-volume sales roles.
Proven track record of hitting activity targets and closing deals.
Comfortable on camera and phone, energised by a full calendar.
Confident presenter with strong persuasion skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and a genuine interest in payments and SMBs.
