As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our plumbing Project Managers. You'll assist in managing documentation and supporting our accounting team. From processing invoices to obtaining insurance certificates, your contributions will be crucial to our operations.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience in the following is helpful but not required: QuickBooks Online, Textura (Contract Billing), Fieldwire Application, Samsara, Bluebeam, Sitedocs Application, Procore, and Employee Benefits.
